Skills Required :

  • 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with hands-on expertise in both manual and automated testing.
  • Proven experience with test automation frameworks 
  • Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret product and project requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Expertise in bug-tracking tools like JIRA and test management tools.
  • Proficiency in programming or scripting languages used in test automation (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
  • Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying potential risks and gaps.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all stages of the software development lifecycle to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Develop, review, and maintain comprehensive test strategies, plans, and cases.
  • Conduct manual and automated testing for web-based and native mobile applications.
  • Implement and manage test automation scripts and frameworks to optimize testing efficiency.
  • Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure accurate and complete resolution of issues.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of defects and drive continuous improvement in the QA process.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in software testing and quality assurance.
  • Mentor junior QA engineers and provide technical guidance to the QA team.
