About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Flutter Developer to join our mobile engineering team. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing high-quality cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android.
The ideal candidate should have strong Flutter and Dart fundamentals, an understanding of mobile application architecture, and experience integrating APIs and native platform features. We also expect familiarity with AI-powered development tools to improve productivity and software quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
  • Build responsive, pixel-perfect, and high-performance user interfaces.
  • Write clean, reusable, scalable, and maintainable code.
  • Implement application architecture and state management solutions.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and backend services.
  • Work with native iOS and Android APIs and platform-specific functionalities.
  • Implement Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) communication with hardware peripherals.
  • Identify and resolve bugs, performance issues, and platform-specific challenges.
  • Write unit, widget, and integration tests to ensure application quality.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and collaborative development.
  • Leverage AI-powered development tools to improve coding, debugging, testing, and documentation workflows.
  • Stay updated with Flutter developments, mobile technologies, and modern engineering practices.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional mobile development experience, including at least 1 year of hands-on Flutter development.
  • Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart.
  • Experience with state management solutions such as BLoC, Riverpod, or Provider.
  • Good understanding of mobile application architecture, clean code principles, and design patterns.
  • Experience integrating RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, and backend services.
  • Familiarity with Git, version control, and collaborative development workflows.
  • Experience with debugging, testing, and mobile application performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or ChatGPT.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience developing Flutter packages, plugins, or SDKs.
  • Hands-on experience with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and hardware integrations.
  • Familiarity with native Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift) development.
  • Experience with Firebase and other mobile backend services.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Fastlane, GitHub Actions, or Codemagic.
  • Understanding of mobile application security and offline-first development.
  • Experience with AI coding agents and agentic development workflows.
