Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media and digital platforms.
- Create engaging content, including photos, videos, Reels, graphics, and short-form content.
- Plan, schedule, publish, and manage content across all Meesa.shop social media platforms.
- Capture, edit, and produce photo and video content for marketing campaigns and daily social media posts.
- Write engaging captions, promotional copy, and other marketing content.
- Monitor and manage Meesa.shop's social media accounts by responding to messages, comments, and community inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated with social media trends and create timely, relevant, and engaging content.
- Assist in planning and managing paid campaigns on Meta and other digital platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and creators to produce marketing campaigns and promotional content.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Media, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Strong content creation skills for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
- Ability to shoot and edit high-quality photos and short-form videos using a camera or smartphone.
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite and CapCut
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Nepali.
- Comfortable interacting with customers online and maintaining a professional, friendly brand voice.
- Creative, organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads.
- Photography or videography skills.
- Knowledge of SEO and email marketing.
- Experience working with influencers, creators, or e-commerce brands.
