What You’ll Work On
  • Build end-to-end features — from database schema → backend API → React UI — and ship to production frequently.
  • Develop scalable Node.js services including REST APIs, integrations, and background jobs.
  • Build modern, performant React apps with clean architecture, reusable components, and optimized bundle delivery.
  • Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) to design efficient data models, indexes, and queries.
  • Improve system performance — API optimization, caching strategies, query tuning, and frontend performance debugging.
  • Strengthen DevOps pipelines (CI/CD, Docker, environment configs, automated testing).
  • Participate in code reviews, maintain documentation, and mentor junior developers when needed.
  • Collaborate across product areas — one sprint on dashboards, next on internal tools, next on automation features.

You Might Thrive Here If You…
  • Have 2–3 years of experience building and shipping production-quality web applications.
  • Are strong in React (hooks, state management, component patterns, performance).
  • Are solid in Node.js (Express/NestJS, API development, async patterns).
  • Understand REST API principles, authentication, and authorization flows.
  • Have experience with Docker, cloud deployment patterns, and basic observability.
  • Can design clean data models using MongoDB/PostgreSQL or similar.
  • Communicate clearly in English and enjoy working in fast-moving, small teams.
  • Are comfortable working with imperfect specs, taking ownership, and wearing multiple hats.

Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience with GCP/AWS, CI/CD pipelines, or container orchestration.
  • Knowledge of authentication systems, or role-based access control.
  • Background in marketplaces, payments, logistics, or similar domains.
  • Contributions to open-source or technical writing we can read.
