The Role
 We’re looking for an Associate Marketing Executive who loves storytelling, digital strategy, and bringing ideas to life. You’ll manage Gurzu’s online presence, lead content initiatives, and support campaigns that showcase our work and culture to the world.
 
 Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage content for Gurzu’s website, blog, newsletters, and social media channels.
  • Execute digital campaigns from concept to delivery, including coordination, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Manage social media strategy, content calendars, and audience engagement across platforms.
  • Run targeted campaigns and lead-generation efforts using LinkedIn and other channels to attract potential clients.
  • Collaborate with engineers and designers to produce case studies, success stories, and visuals for digital platforms.
  • Lead outreach efforts for guest features, partnerships, and media opportunities.
  • Optimize content for SEO and track organic performance using analytics tools.
  • Manage email communications, press releases, and other external materials.
  • Stay current on marketing trends, especially in tech and SaaS industries, and share insights with the team.

 Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a good understanding of brand voice.
  • Experience with social media management, SEO, and content strategy.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search console, and Meta insights.
  • Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Photoshop & Illustrator is a plus.
  • Creative thinker with strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Comfortable collaborating with technical teams and learning about new technologies.
